For Easter, try these simple carrot cake cups

These miniature carrot cake cups resemble the recipe for Valentine's Day sugar cookie cups I previously shared with you all, but this time the cake is used in place of the sugar cookies! 

Ingredients needed to prepare this recipe for carrot cake cups: One 15.25-oz package of carrot cake

½ cup softened butter, 1 stick melted butter, 1 egg, 4 ounces softened cream cheese 1.75 cups of powdered sugar

One tsp vanilla two teaspoons of finely chopped walnuts

Grease two standard-sized muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put aside. 

In a mixing basin, combine cake mix, melted butter, and egg; stir until thoroughly incorporated.

For 12 to 14 minutes, bake. Take out of the oven and carefully press a divot into each biscuit using a tart shaper or tablespoon scoop.
